On the day of delivery and pick-up, we will send a text message approximately 30-45 minutes beforehand.

Delivery Times:
Friday: 10 AM - 8 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Sunday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Pick-Up Times: 9 AM - 2 PM

Generally, pick-ups occur the day after the event from 9 AM - 2 PM. Some events may allow for same-night pick-up. Please specify the desired pick-up time when scheduling. Monday - Thursday: Delivery times may vary on weekdays. Please contact us, and we will provide you with a delivery time Holiday Deliveries: During major holidays, delivery times are from 10 AM to 9 PM. Due to high volume, delivery times may vary, and adjustments might be necessary. For pickups, times are from 10 AM to 3 PM. However, due to high volume, pickup times may also vary.
